A former classroom teacher, she combines strong organization, communication, and clarity with operational know-how to streamline systems and support scalable growth.

At The IEC Business Coach, Jess ensures systems run smoothly and assists clients with technology, logistics, and operations. Outside of work, she enjoys time with her fiery toddler, Blake, and their dog Pickle.

Jackie Muralla brings eight years of enrollment experience from Collegewise to her role as Assistant Business Coach.

She works closely with IEC clients to support implementation, momentum, and accountability inside Growth Generator. Equal parts strategist and cheerleader, Jackie helps consultants translate ideas into action and stay focused on their goals.

When she's not supporting clients, Jackie enjoys spending time with her teenager, Nahla.

After learning the foundations of marketing and audience growth from Vanessa, Jon built his own platform into a successful side hustle across multiple platforms.
